American culture. This can influence the population to follow certain
trends, and to form opinions from biased sources. With the power to influence
people in great amounts can change beliefs to favor foreign powers.

use the things you're interested in to subliminally influence your actions.
They do this by incorporating propaganda into what you are doing. For example,
a foreign troll may use a game to hide the theme of a message they want you to support.

There are ways to protect yourself from the control of these foreign powers.
One way is to limit browsing data, this can be done by disabling cookies and by also
using a vpn. This allows less of your information to get out and less probability of
being targeted. The other way to protect yourself to be smart about the content you
view online and fact check any suspicious information.
